Return Policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund minus the percentage of the sale donated to an adopting family.
All Thredbed products include a 100-night sleep trial that will begin on the day of delivery. Your items are eligible for a return at any time within that 100-night trial period. We ask that you give your Thredbed topper or pillow at least 30 nights to break in and adjust before deciding whether it fits you.
To return, please email info@thredbed.com with your order number and why you want to return the item. We will then provide you with a return shipping label for you to use.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow up to seven days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Replacement
If you have a defective or damaged product, please get in touch with us at info@thredbed.com with a description and photos of your issue, and after assessing the issue, we will find a resolution and ensure you are satisfied, which may include replacing your item with a new one.
